Hash Sum mismatch?

Hi,
I'm running nl.(archive|releases).ubuntu.com and recently i'm seeing
more and more "Hash Sum mismatch"-warnings on our (automated) apt update
runs. Most of these are on Packages files, though the occasional
Translation-en is listed too.
I've checked, and this happens when our mirror is updating.
When the update is done the "Hash Sum mismatch"-warnings disappear.
Now, before i never saw these errors, so i'm wondering if something has
changed to the way we should run the sync. Currently we're doing a "two
stage" rsync. This basically means we wait for "Archive-Update-in-Progress*"
file(s) to disappear on the host that triggered us before we rsync with
the following excludes:
--exclude "Packages*" --exclude "Sources*" \
--exclude "Release*" --exclude "Translation*" \
And after that we rsync again with no excludes specified. We haven't
touched this for aaaaages, but Ubuntu is dynamic, so perhaps any of you
know if and where i am making a boo-boo?
Thanks,
-Sander.
