mn.archive.ubuntu.com issue

Hi list,

I'm writing again about the following issue.

I would really like mn.archive/releases.ubuntu.com pointed at 
mirror.datacenter.mn or 218.100.84.140. The currently pointed mirror, 
ubuntu-archive.adsolux.com, is unmaintained and the owner simply does 
not fix it. All new Ubuntu installations in Mongolia (by default uses 
mn.archive.ubuntu.com upon timezone selection, no?) are left with broken 
packages upon `apt-get upgrade`.

mirror.datacenter.mn is currently the only maintained public mirror in 
the country of Mongolia.
Please let me know should there be any problems.
