64-bit Mac ISO not available from releases.ubuntu.com

These images are used by a tiny number of users and are only useful
for a very limited subset of hardware (i.e. older Macs) when using a
CD specifically.  If you use a USB stick instead, you can use the
normal ISO.

Because of this, these amd64+mac ISOs were moved to
cdimage.ubuntu.com:

  http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/14.04/release/
