Wrong "Last Update" information

Dear all,

I am one of the administrators of ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de, which is
an official mirror. On our status page
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de-archive
the status information shows "one week behind" and other entries which
we cannot explain. Based on the log files it seems we have old files in
our archive which should have been deleted. However, our synchronization
process deletes files without problems.

Based on these status messages it seems our mirror is not part of the
automated mirror rotation, which in turn means less traffic for us.

What do we need to do to re-appear as an up to date mirror?

Thanks,
