rsync.releases.ubuntu.com not responding in ipv4

Hi,

The rsync server rsync.releases.ubuntu.com does not respond any more to
ipv4 connexions since yesterday arround 19h30 GMT :

% telnet -4 -s ftp.free.org rsync.releases.ubuntu.com 873
