Hello,

I am the mirror admin of China official mirror: cn.archive.ubuntu.com (
mirrors.shlug.org). Due to the increasing traffic of ubuntu mirror, we have
decided to step down from China official mirror for ubuntu.

mirrors.sohu.com which has a much better infrastructure is happy to take
over this role. zhedou at sohu-inc.com (mirror at sohu-inc.com) is the admin and
contact person of mirrors.sohu.com and this site has been registered in
launchpad.

Please kindly let us know the procedure we need to go through to complete
this.
