Becoming Official Country Mirror

Hi,

We tried to contact mirrors at ubuntu.com for a few times, stating our intent of
becoming Official Country Mirror for Turkey (iso code: TR). During the last few
months we were unable to get any reply. how can we ping the mirrors team ?

I have also asked if using '/releases' as *ftp* path is a strict requirement or
can we get away with using '/ubuntu-releases'. Because having a directory named
"releases" is not a good practice on a mirror with many linux distributions.
Hopefully someone on this list can answer that question.
