seems like your mirror not use standard rsync method, i can't see
project/trace [1] at your mirror

you can try this script

- start-

rsync -rltvHSB8192 --timeout 3600 --stats --exclude Packages* --exclude

rsync -rltvHSB8192 --timeout 3600 --stats --max-delete=40000
--delay-updates --delete --delete-after --delete-excluded  --exclude
.~tmp~/ UPSTREAM::MODULE/ $SAVETO

date -u $SAVETO/project/trace/$HOSTNAME
--end--
or you can use official debian script [2]
