Official country mirror

Hello,
I'm admin of a Czech mirror (http/ftp://archive.ubuntu.mirror.dkm.cz/ 
and http/ftp://releases.ubuntu.mirror.dkm.cz/), which resides with one 
of the biggest Czech ISPs. As there is no official ubuntu country mirror 
for Czech Republic (cz.archive.ubuntu.com points to eu.a.u.c) and we 
want to support Czech Ubuntu users, I would like to know, what do we 
have to do, to be granted the status of official country mirror for 
Czech Republic.
