AU mirror rsync

Hi,

Is there any way you can strongly encourage the official AU mirror for 
Ubuntu (run by Optus) to enable rsync? We are currently keeping our 
mirror in sync with archive.ubuntu.com but the speeds from there are not 
too good at the moment.

We'd prefer to sync from the official AU mirror for obvious reasons - 
perhaps they could use an ACL to restrict rsync to the other AU mirrors 
only?
