Verifier not running for cd-mirrors

The verifier does not seem to work with IPv6 mirrors.  I've been trying
to get my site on the list as a full CD / DVD mirror hosted in Maryland
on a fast connection, however the verifier just doesn't seem to work.
Anyone have any ideas on who to talk to about this?
