Problem connecting to rsync://release.ubuntu.com

Hi

My server is official mirror and I use archive.ubuntu.com as master mirror. 
But there is problem to connect to rsync://archive.ubuntu.com and I can't 
update my mirror.

Also I notice that same mirrors use syowa.canonical.com as master mirror. But 
it asks for password.

Could you fix archive.ubuntu.com or give me password to syowa.canonical.com?
