Monthly Bandwidth Demands On a Release Mirror

I have some server space that is currently being underutilized, and I
was thinking of offering it to help out with the mirroring effort. I
have a sizable amount of bandwidth, but if I were to go over, the cost
is very steep. I wanted to know what the approximate monthly output of a
release mirror is? (I know I couldn't sustain an archive mirror) But I
want to help out as best I can.
