Ubuntu 24.10 beta is happening this week - please check disk space on releases mirrors

Sorry for the short notice but Ubuntu 24.10 beta is happening tomorrow,
which means an increase to the size of the mirrored image set for
releases.ubuntu.com. Release Team checklist says to ask IS to remind
mirror operators to check their free disk space since the disk usage
will be increasing.

The beta is expected to add under 8.2GiB to the set.
