Please sync ruby1.9 1.9.0.5-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

The 1.9.0 branch of Ruby is a stable branch. 1.9.0.5 includes many fixes, and
has received considerable testing in Debian. I don't see any good reason to
keep this delta, even this late in the release cycle.

The Ubuntu delta was integrated:
  * Fix building on lpia (Closes: #532057).
