Binary package hint: file-roller

Intrepid and Jaunty both have a very frustrating bug for Wine users -
double clicking a Windows executable causes it to open in File Roller
and generate a very cryptic "Null" error report.

In /usr/share/applications/file-roller.desktop, file-roller associates
itself with "application/x-ms-dos-executable", which is what causes this
behavior.
