I uploaded my package from last Wednesday again. It should have worked
now.

kubuntu-default-settings (1:9.04.13) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Update for new usplash which supports explicit theme sizes and pixmap
    positions; see LP #6417 for details.
  * debian/control: bump usplash dependencies to >= 0.5.30 (THEME_VERSION==4).

Alessandro, I didn't use your debdiff, since this changes a lot of code
which is unrelated to the usplash theme update, and wasn't documented in
your changelog. If those changes are relevant, can you please open a
separate bug about them and describe them?
