I agree with you that, it's good to work with an existing association
rather than starting a new one. Personally I know two associations who
may be willing to receive any packets in the future.

But in this case, Ubuntu-ma is only a virtual community of Moroccans who
love and spread ubuntu and free software. It's not a legal entity on the
ground. And therefore we cannot address the customs as ubuntu-ma,
because simply we don't exist.
