[Ubuntu-ma] ubuntu freezes

*Sorry to tell you that guys, but this has nuthin to do with X. It's related
to some kernel mode drivers (not just one) that are not installed correctly.
The most suspicious one would be the Wireless card driver.
**It's only fixable by reinstalling Ubuntu. The problem is far beyond what
you already know.
