[UCLP] Restarting the Ubuntu Learning project

Please let me know if you find the material in the Ubuntu Manual
<http://ubuntu-manual.org/> lacking (content is missing, could be
organized better, is confusing or difficult to understand, etc.) and
we'll work to improve it. We welcome any and all feedback at

<ubuntu-manual at lists.launchpad.net>.

We'll be starting work on Getting Started with Ubuntu 13.04 in January.
