[UCLP] Course Assignment, Layout and Development

Hi folks,

I routinely answer 3 big questions in the channel, so I have gone
ahead and written wiki pages to answer these questions instead. Please
feel free to edit/comment/criticize as needed :)

1. How do I select/sign up for a topic to write about?

This last one is the one we're still working on the much-needed formal
documentation for, but I've got the basics up and people can drop by
#ubuntu-learning and ask doctormo, nigel or myself for more details
until we have the fleshed out documentation written. I also want to
make sure people know that we will support non-standard contributions
for people who really are uncomfortable using bzr+asciidoc.

The Moodle section of this page also needs to be written, probably
link to a bunch of the great documentation that cprofitt has provided
for us over the past few months.
