[UCLP] Moodle status

Where are we with Moodle?  Do folks still need help setting up
roles/permissions/courses?

I started work on a course called "How to be an Ubuntu IRC Ops" with
Dougie Richardson.  I'll try to document my process as I migrate the
materials into Moodle.
