[UCLP] Diagrams as Requested

Hey guys,

At our last Ubuntu Learning meeting we wanted to get a feel for what the
rolls and workflow would look like. To aid this, I've pened two images
which propose both of these.

I'd like to get all of your thoughts on these important community
