Hey steve,

OK so this is all about source document formats, rather than published
formats. The published formats may well be moodle website specific or
pdfs or presented as a html or text document.

Note: I did have to convert my odf files to text files for my blind
student in my class.

Also note, there isn't much said about each of the translation
capabilities of each format. ODF is impossible to translate and all the
others have various degrees.
