[UCLP] Style Guidelines

Hey Vantrax,

Style guidelines might not be required after all, especially if we're
using a source format which allows style sheet compilation of html and
pdf targets.

More importantly might be format guidelines, source images in svg,
source docs in docbook/sphinx/whatever. etc

Thoughts?
