[UCLP] Proposed Structure Rev 05

Hello UCLP,

After yesterdays meeting, I decided to draw up a new revision of the
proposed structure for our course materials. This should describe all
the sections we need to write in order to end up with a solid course.

I've updated it with knowledge from Belinda, Daniel, Elizabeth and some
more teaching experience here in Boston. The major difference is that
the sections are derived from learning objectives and these should be
well defined in the lesson plan.

It also more effectively allows a model of teaching where you explain,
then demonstrate and finally charge students with practical exercises.
Demos and practicals may have classroom requirements and so it's
important to keep those recorded too.
