[UCLP] Please Review: Network Infrastructure

Feels a little light but a good explanation of how, if not the what it does,
and why it is that way.

Im assuming its an introductory course?

Language and formatting looks good. Nice use of text boxes to highlight code
snipits.

I would add using a dummy organizations details to show how to modify it for
specific situations to make things a little clearer. At the moment the
theory seems well covered, but more examples needed.
