In follow up, I revised this page :

I tried to keep it as general as possible, I am not sure we need to list all the details we discussed and we need to maintain flexibility as the project evolves.

I do not see this as "etched in stone" and we need to be able to discuss and change as the need arises.

With that said, if anyone has any suggestions feel free =)

Just a quick reminder. This didn't quite pan out (I couldn't make it,
forgot to remind people, many of us really are just chugging along
with our tasks, etc), so we're doing one at this time tomorrow
