[Ubuntu Leadership] [IDEA]Guides for Leaders

All,

I was thinking about some of us writting guides on vaiours topics that
leaders/mangers face.  I think this would be a better starting place
then trying to get the team leaders to come and talk to us since my call
only brought one who voiced and a few other memebers that didn't voice
at all.

Also, I think these guides could be also placed somewhere on the
community.ubuntu.com site.

Would this be a better way to reach out our leaders and the next gen
ones then what we have tired to do in the past?
