[Ubuntu Leadership] UOS Leadership Panel Track Idea

All,

I was thinking of doing some idea of a leadership panel track of five
(or more, is possible) members of different teams and they can talk
about how to be a leader in their team.  They can also
answer questions that people on IRC have.
