I would be happy to help.  As for the imaging option, it would mainly
depend on whether or not the school has a network.  If it does, then it
should be pretty easy to enable netbooting on the desktops with a menu
that would allow you to image the desktop (with no other user
intervention).

If the computers aren't networked, it will probably be easiest to just
do a regular install on each computer.  Either way, I'm happy to be
there and help out.
