Yes I think the version will be 12.04 or what Jocelyn will supply us with.

With respect to the transportation we will see who is going to attend and
from where and discuss it deeply.

Thanks for your interest to be a part in this event that will be held on
weekends  but the date i will be sending an email on the begining of the
next week to schedule it.
Jonathan, it is a very interesting idea to try, if you are interested it
would be great having you on the day of the event to explain us how it works
and try it since most of us didnt try it before.
And if anyone of us all have an idea that will be helpful to the attendee it
would be great to be discussed.
