Why do you guys always bring the past, when we should be talking about
the future.

First step would be to set up a meeting, for this we should know who
is currently in Lebanon and who can in the nearest future be available
for this meeting saying a week or two max from this day.
It doesn't have to be a meeting where decisions have to be made, just
it can help as an initiation for any future collaboration.
What happened did happened and cannot be changed, what matters is what
we do next.
