Why not make a physical meeting where we have a connection to the internet,
that's what Ubuntu teams do when people can not make it it physical meetings
due to geographic location, couple of people get on IRC, the IRC channel is
projected into a screen so everyone can read it. And there is a radio that's
broadcasting the conversation over the internet (maybe this is a bit too far
for now but it's an idea nonetheless)

Don't go there, no one insulted anybody, if you have worked you wouldn't be
in this position in the first place. The emails were sent for a reason and
hopefully the reason is clear now :)

Again this is true, but we should know in one way or another who's there to
