1 Define a funcition named as "str_len" with one strint argument (str1)
       {start function}
       Assign all dependent vowel signs in to a vairable named as dv
       initialize dependent vowel signs incrementor (i)
       Get actual Lenght of string(str1)(l)
       FOR EVERY char in str1
               {start for }
               check whether it's in dv (dependent vowel signs List)
                       ifyes increment  i (the dependent vowel signs
incrementor)
               {end for}
       Return diffrent between actual length(l) and the dependent vowel
signs
incrementor (i)
       {end function}

2 call the function with suitable argument
