i dont have the time to do it now.
you need to login to launchpad.

when you get to the relevant file in the list click on it and it open a page
to translate.in that page click on the downlaod link in the top left box.
link to downloadable file is sent to your mail id.
as far as i could see sucha file is not listed in that name.
