[Ubuntu-manual] Quickshot on Ubuntu 12.04 (haven't tried this on 12.10 yet).

Hello Neil,
This is such good news! We are so happy you offer to help us getting 
Quickshot on the go again. It really is a very useful tool. I am sure we 
can find people in our team who are willing to update Quickshot with a 
little bit of help from you ;)
For the coming version, 12.10, we have created a screenshot team. They 
have already done a great job so far.
In my opinion, a beginner's guide should have a lot of screenshots. 
After all, pictures speak louder than words.
And as was said before, the ubuntu-docs team (official Ubuntu 
documentation), may also be interested in such a tool.
