Oh, sorry dat ik er geen uitleg bij gaf. App is afkorting van application.
Alleen wordt er lichtelijk iets anders mee bedoeld.

Een app is een klein programmaatje, wat je vaak ziet op mobiele apparaten.
Denk bij de iPhone/iPad maar aan die App store[1] enzo. Er is dus een
verschil tussen die Apps, en toepassingen op Ubuntu. De strings waar het om
gaat in Unity:
