translation team owner

Hallo Sense,
Allereerst heet ik je namens het vertaalteam welkom als opvolger van Dennis.
Hier volgt een reactie van mij m.b.t. het gedeelte "translation team owner".
Het is iets dat we op onze eerstvolgende vergadering, 1-12-10, zullen 
bespreken. Ik zal het op de agenda zetten.

I'm in favour of having a leader for the translation team, but it
depends on the team itself to choose one.

Like I said, as of now Dennis still is the owner of the
'ubuntu-l10n-nl' and 'ubuntu-nl' teams on Launchpad. I would like to
take this opportunity to ask him to transfer the ownership of the
'ubuntu-nl' to me, and to transfer the ownership of the translation
team to whatever person is appointed to lead the Dutch translators by
the translators themselves as soon as such a person is available.

I would be glad to assist any new translation team leader with using Launchpad.
