Hello all, My name is Efrain Valles and I help moderate this list in my
spare time. I would like to point out that this language is officially
active for translations. Getting this going was really difficult mainly
because of the complexity of the language. I have talked to serveral
members of the Free and Open Source Community and we can expect a
diccionary that the Debian team prepared a couple of years back and we
can also espect help from the "Consejos Comunales" in the aborigenee
regions of Venezuela.

I presented this Team early december to the CNTI and they seem very
excited about Ubuntu in Wayünaiiki and even the local Debian team showed
lots of interest in helping out.

One thing I would like to check if one could set up a language in
rosseta so that it can be translated from another language. Say Spanish
» Wayünaiiki. This would help enourmously with those people that don't
speak English and would like to help out in Wayünaiiki

Also... we are keeping communication in English?
