[Tradutores-Ubuntu] Sound not working on 15.04 if Pulseaudio is fully localised (affects: el, it, pl, pt_BR, sk, sv, tr, uk, more)

En XLIFF os segmentos poden levar un atributo translate="no" (creo) que fai
que o segmento apareza bloqueado (como en Swordfish e outros editores) ou
directamente non apareza (como en Virtaal). Non sei se en PO existe algún
atributo semellante que se poida engadir ao preparar os ficheiros.
