[Ubuntu-l10n-eng] [Bug 773039] [NEW] en_GB translation should use "Rubbish Bin"

Per the description of Bug #406626 then "Rubbish Bin" is the correct
term for British English.

There are quite a few of strings involving the Trash/Bin/Wastebasket to
be fixed, though should be a very simple fix (I just don't have the
permissions).
