I agree, backing up something I earlier said in this mailing list, I
think we look to stick with the en_US whenever there is no compelling
reason to change.  There is no point in making changes just for changes
sake, and in this case "two weeks" and "fortnight" I feel are perfectly
acceptable, and equally acceptable, synonyms.
