I don't know. I was only offering a win-win suggestion. However, maybe
Mr. Anderson has a slow internet connection, and doesn't want to
download your picture. I can't see that being the case, as it is
possible (thanks to the magic of MIME encoding) to ignore any
attachments, be they in-line or not.
