Okay, you win :)

Until a few months ago, I was a proponent of Reply-To header munging. Some 
sysadmin friends convinced me otherwise, but nowadays I don't feel too 
strongly either way. There seems to be some demand for header munging, so I 
have implemented it. We'll see how it goes.
