for our general translation rules.

Our current target is 10.4 release, however its translation isn't open
yet, in the mean time you can check on of the highest priority packages
in this list https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/TemplatesPriority and
start working on it. For now we'll only be able to suggest translations,
once done you can notify the list and I'll try to review the translation
and post any comments that I might have. After doing some work this way,
and when I'm confident that your translations are consistent with
current ones, you'll be added to team and be able to commit translations
directly.
