[ubuntu-ko] Default fonts for Korean

Hi all!

In Ubuntu 16.04, the default font for rendering Chinese was changed to 
Noto Sans (the fonts-noto-cjk package, which contains fonts for Chinese, 
Japanese and Korean). Now we are about to switch to the Noto fonts for 
Japanese, and I'm wondering if you would be interested in that change 
for Korean as well (instead of Nanum fonts). Please see
