amigos

I was just browsing the Thai Ubuntu loco...
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ThaiTeam

thanks to Don for setting up this mailing list... honestly I was lost
going through the Ubuntu documents trying to figure out how to get the
mailing list and other parts going... I know I am impatient ... ok ...
but it gave me a headache trying to focugre that stuff out...

A few thoughts...

   - do we want to keep the list small for a eriod to work through issues or
advertise to get members in... to invite others to the list simply tell
them to sign up at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-kh
   - and... a big concern for me is that NiDA must take a visible role as a
leader in developing Ubunu for Cambodia. Under Noy Shoung's leadership we
can go nationwide with the project yet without positioning this correctly I
   am afraid it will fail.
