Hello,
I would be exhibiting on that day too from our college stand so I guess I would be there all through. It would be trivial though to know what we should prepare and what we will do during the three days that the conference will run. I don't know though if canonical might be able to send marketing material before the conference since we only have like a week and a half. More ideas are welcome.
Kindly,
Kibet.

On Tue, Apr 15, 2008 at 7:34 AM, ronald odero <ronaldodero@yahoo.com> wrote:

Hi all,
We are holding an exhibition on 28th (http://www.scienceandtechnology.go.ke/viewpage.php?page_id=17). I have been contacted and we are officially in. So my request to you is that since we have little space for preparation, let's brainstorm every possible angle to this. Last year we held one and i can say it was a nice try, and so let's improve on it this time (ask zsh and others about the dvds).
To begin, I think it would be better if we start burning all the images and probably carry some blank dvds to the venue and start distributing.
What do you think.
Cheers,
Ronald.
