1st National Conference & Exhibition

Hi all,
We are holding an exhibition on 28th (http://www.scienceandtechnology.go.ke/viewpage.php?page_id=17). I have been contacted and we are officially in. So my request to you is that since we have little space for preparation, let's brainstorm every possible angle to this. Last year we held one and i can say it was a nice try, and so let's improve on it this time (ask zsh and others about the dvds).
To begin, I think it would be better if we start burning all the images and probably carry some blank dvds to the venue and start distributing.
What do you think.
